With tears in their eyes, Mr. Jesse and John shared the way that they felt when the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission staff helped them to find their apartment. “They wouldn’t let us stay in the shelter forever, and they didn’t give up on us. They gave us a goal, kept us on track, and helped us find a place where we can live for a long time.”
You have changed Eric’s life, and have invested in his life transformation. Last fall, we shared the first half of Eric’s story with you. When Eric hit rock bottom, he bought a bus ticket to Philadelphia and he came to Sunday Breakfast for a meal and shelter. Two years later, through your continued support, Eric has found joy, hope, purpose, and stability in his life once more.
In addition to meeting basic life needs for men, the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission enables those men who are committed to a positive life change to address their problems through a 12-month transitional housing program
